Contracted by Hawkins Construction, Modulink manufactured, delivered and installed all joinery for the 163 room complex. This included the fit-out of the reception area, restaurant and bar. Hawkins and Modulink bettered the required timelines on this project and the Hotel was able to open before the due date.
One of the biggest challenges on this project was to deliver and unload containers of joinery, in a central city location, in a manageable and timely manner.
