Modulink has been manufacturing office furniture and screen partitions for more than 25 years.
In 2002 Modulink Christchurch was sold and the new owners set about expanding the business to provide not only the office fitout industry with high quality office furniture and designs but they also added to their range, hotel and motel furniture, home furniture, kitchens, school and nursery furniture. Modulink have been working together with industrial engineers and the best technology available to create a range of new products to complement their existing ranges. Modulink’s manufacturing plant is situated in Christchurch, New Zealand in a 2500 square metre factory. Affiliate Modulink Spaceplan in Auckland and the recently added new branch in Wellington now provides Modulink the vehicle to manage national contracts throughout New Zealand.

Office furniture and office screen Partitions
Modulink have been working closely with furniture designers and can now offer two new screen partition design systems, in conjunction with Modulink’s own work station designs.
Recognising the place of technology in the modern office provided the opportunity to supply spaces that allow a streamlining of functions – access to networks, printers, USB connections, data and phone lines and all other requirements of a personal workspace led to the designs featured in the Modulink workstation designs.
Adaptability is fundamental as the continuous ebb and flow of an office is one of the many keys to its success. The freedom to choose screens with whiteboards, pinboards, glass and shelving means there is no work environment that cannot be made more functional. Availability in any size means that every available space in an office can be utilised, be it an open plan design, individual workstations or clusters.
Our objective is to design innovative, quality, versatile and durable office furniture that is easy to install and dismantle. Our range of contemporary office furniture products are designed to incorporate the latest ergonomic principles. Most are 100% recyclable and can be customised to enhance every work environment.
Hotel and Motel Furniture
Soon to be available will be our new range of accommodation fixed joinery furniture. Modulink have all the high tech production equipment to handle large scale fit-outs and refurbishments for businesses such as hotels, motels, hostels and apartment buildings. We can work within existing designs or create new
designs for room layouts, reception, meeting or entertainment areas. Our project and design staff will work with you to build mock up rooms for projects that comprise production runs of the same components. Attention is paid to fine detail and potential design faults eliminated by this process.
Home Furniture
Our catalogue includes a limited range of home furniture such as student desks and bookcases, dining furniture, bedroom furniture and home entertainment units. Modulink have the experience to handle the design and build of any home joinery that is required from pre-finished colour panel board to solid timber and paint finishes.
Kitchens
Modulink has just introduced their new range of Canterbury and Otago kitchen styles. As part of this range there are three Express styles which are available at short notice. The Express style is only available in one colour with a contrasting formica colour benchtop. The Express range can be delivered fully assembled or flatpak. All floor plans and elevations are shown in the kitchen solutions category of the catalogue.
